However, you may have out of network benefits. You'll be given a superbill (medical invoice) to submit for possible reimbursement and get help with the process.  

 

To get started, contact your insurance and ask these questions to see what benefits you may have:

1.  What are my out of network (OON) benefits for outpatient

     mental health?

2.  What is my OON deductible?  How much has been met so far?

3.  What date does it renew or start over?

4.  What % do I pay after the OON deductible is reached?

5.  If they ask for the CPT codes:  intake 90791, individual therapy

     90837, family therapy 90846 & 90847, & stabilization 90839.
